Returns policy
We hope you are happy with your order, but if something isn't right, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
We can accept returns for our products if the return request is received within 14 days provided the item is unused, and in its original packaging.
If any product arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility until the return reaches us. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will then be issued, but please allow up to 14 days for your bank or card provider
to complete the transaction.
PLEASE NOTE
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles or cosmetics once the tissue wrapping has been opened or removed, unless the item is faulty.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GARANTEE
From time to time, we may offer a 30 day money back guarantee on selected products only. This guarantee allows you to try the product and return it within 30 days of receiving your order if it is not right for you.
This guarantee is available to first-time customers only. Customers who have previously purchased from us, including a trial-size product, are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
To use the guarantee, please contact us before returning the item. Customers are responsible for return postage under the money-back guarantee, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds under the 30-day money-back guarantee apply to the product price paid only. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
This guarantee is designed to let you try the product fairly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the product has been excessively used, emptied, tampered with, or where we believe the guarantee is being misused.
